How do I view my membership information?

At the top right of the page, click on the account icon (the silhouette) which will take you to your account page. Here you can click on 'manage membership' to view your current membership and click through for more details. On this page you can also view your past orders purchased from Training Ministry Teams.

Will TMT work in my church?

Yes! The Training Ministry Teams content has been written for ministry leaders to use in training their teams. Whether you are training a large or small team, the Training Ministry Teams material can be tailored to suit your training style and your leadership team.

How do renewals work?

When you purchase a subscription to Training Ministry Teams, you are purchasing 12 months of access to all of the training resources available.

Your purchase date becomes your renewal date, which means every year (if you choose to continue to use Training Ministry Teams) on the date you first joined, you will be charged for the next year and will have access for the following year.

Will training content be updated?

Yes. We will periodically (usually annually) update the training content with any more relevant research, data or training material relevant to that particular topic.

What if my leadership team size changes?

If you leadership team size changes then you will be required to change your membership tier prior to the next membership renewal.

How do I change my membership tier?

If you need to change your membership tier - you have more or less leaders - then you will need to navigate to the 'my account' page by click on the person icon at the top right of your page.

Then click on "Manage Membership" followed by "See more details" next to your membership.

Click on "Membership Details" and then 'click here' to upgrade membership.

Follow the prompts accordingly.
